Project Description
Web based portal for all future clients and back office applications. Including:
• Reporting: Comprehansive sales, web and fan data;
• Inventory Control: Real-time price changes and hold management;
• WPS: Simple box office point of sale interface;
• Community: Ticket Master news, training and support;
• CAS: Contract and fee management;
• tmGo: Self-service event management solutions for future clients;

Challenges
1. Establish and maintain consistency of different applications across the same framework and platform
2. Establish re-useable and up to date pattern library between designers and developers
3. Communication: how to communicate effectively and smoothly across distinguished teams.

• User Group: LN clients and business partners


Role
UX & UI Design: strategy planning, wireframing, communication, project management. Hands on experience of design and QA based on existing wireframes.
